2nd Base Blast Off

I know, I know, it’s spring training… but how can you not be excited by the hitting trio of Clemens, Sosa, Wilson. They are leading the team in HRs (no other position has 2, and each of them do)

This trio is also batting a combined average 478.

Another exciting 2nd base special is Weston Wilson putting 2 out in only 7 at bats, love to see it.

Bryson Stott is still the clear front runner for 2nd given his 427 ABs for the Phils last year (.234/.295/.653). That being said he’s been up 9 times with a single hit. I think seeing his fellow 2nd Baseman slug is only going to motivate him to do big things this year.

More to come, but excited to watch this 2nd base show.

Also in case you missed it Clemens dad Roger (you might have heard of him) spoke to the team this past Tue, that’s a baseball family inside and out. Young Clemens is set to have a year.
